Welcome to ematehub.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online classifieds marketplace. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. This website is owned and operated by Emate Web Solutions.

1. Platform Services

ematehub provides an online platform where users can post advertisements for goods and services ("Listings"). We act strictly as an intermediary connecting buyers and sellers. We do not own, sell, or inspect any items listed by users.

2. User Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All information provided during registration (Mobile, Email, Location) must be accurate and up-to-date.

3. Listing Guidelines & Prohibited Content

When posting an ad, you agree that your content will not be fraudulent, misleading, or illegal. Prohibited items include but are not limited to:

Stolen goods, weapons, or hazardous materials.
Content that violates intellectual property rights.
Adult content or services prohibited by Indian law.

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these guidelines without prior notice.

4. Transaction Disclaimer

        Important: ematehub is NOT involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not provide any escrow services or payment protection for user-to-user deals.
    

Users are strongly advised to meet in person in a safe public location and verify the product before making any payment. Emate Web Solutions shall not be liable for any financial loss or fraud occurring between users.

5. Premium Services & Payments

While basic listings are free, we may offer premium features (Featured Ads, Boosted Listings). All payments for such services are processed through secure gateways in favor of Emate Web Solutions. These fees are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise in our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Emate Web Solutions be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss or transaction disputes.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal action or dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
